Plan your worship services in detail with participant assignments, order of service, and sermon management.
Creating a Service
Section titled “Creating a Service”- Go to Events & Services > Service Planning
- Click Create Service
- Set the date, time, and type
Participants
Section titled “Participants”Assign people to roles for each service:

Order of Service
Section titled “Order of Service”Build your service rundown:
- Hymns and worship songs
- Prayers
- Scripture readings
- Announcements
- Sermon slot
- Offering
- Benediction
Drag items to reorder. Save as a template to reuse for future services.
Sermons
Section titled “Sermons”Track sermon information:
- Title and speaker
- Scripture references
- Upload media (audio, video, PDF)
- Build a sermon archive over time
Service Templates
Section titled “Service Templates”Create reusable templates for your regular service structure. Apply a template to quickly set up a new service without starting from scratch.
