Keep track of your church’s physical spaces and equipment.
Facilities
Section titled “Facilities”Add your buildings and rooms:
- Room name, location, and capacity
- Availability schedule
- Amenities and features
Equipment
Section titled “Equipment”Maintain an inventory:
- Equipment name, description, and condition
- Check out equipment to individuals or events
- Track who has what and when it’s due back
Bookings
Section titled “Bookings”Reserve rooms and facilities:
- Go to Facilities > Bookings
- Click Create Booking
- Select the room, date, time, and purpose
- Save
Gathrik prevents double-bookings automatically. You can also set up recurring bookings for regular meetings.
Maintenance
Section titled “Maintenance”Schedule and track maintenance:
- Create maintenance tasks with due dates
- Assign to staff or vendors
- Track completion status
- View maintenance history
