Facilities

Keep track of your church’s physical spaces and equipment.

Add your buildings and rooms:

  • Room name, location, and capacity
  • Availability schedule
  • Amenities and features

Maintain an inventory:

  • Equipment name, description, and condition
  • Check out equipment to individuals or events
  • Track who has what and when it’s due back

Reserve rooms and facilities:

  1. Go to Facilities > Bookings
  2. Click Create Booking
  3. Select the room, date, time, and purpose
  4. Save

Gathrik prevents double-bookings automatically. You can also set up recurring bookings for regular meetings.

Schedule and track maintenance:

  • Create maintenance tasks with due dates
  • Assign to staff or vendors
  • Track completion status
  • View maintenance history
