Volunteer Profiles

Each volunteer has a profile with:

Field	Description
Skills	What they’re good at
Availability	Weekends, weekdays, evenings, flexible, limited
Background Check	Status of any required checks
Training	Required training and completion status
Status	Active, inactive, in training, on leave

Task Management

1. Go to Volunteers
2. Create tasks that need volunteers
3. Assign volunteers to tasks based on their skills and availability
4. Track task completion

Conflict Detection

Gathrik automatically detects scheduling conflicts. If a volunteer is already assigned elsewhere at the same time, you’ll see a warning.

Volunteer Portal

Volunteers access their own section in the Member Portal:

• My Schedule — View upcoming assignments
• Availability — Update when they’re available to serve
